Nanotube Technology

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_nanotube

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are allotropes of carbon with a nanostructure that can have a length-to-diameter ratio greater than 1,000,000!(copied and pasted from site obove)
The way that nanotubes are being used now is incredible they are using them as scaffolds in nerve regeneration later in the future who knows what they could do they may even be able to regenerate limbs.

This is what carbon nanotubes look like.

Computer Advancements

http://www.crews.org/curriculum/ex/compsci/articles/generations.htm
Computers have gone from being huge machines that would take up a large room and could only calculate small numbers too small machines with a weight of a couple pounds that can do almost anything. The capability is far more superior than what it was years ago What large computers did years ago is less than what a small calculator of today can do. The age we are in is commonly refered to as the age of computers. We are capable of taking are computers anywere now some weigh under 2.6 pounds were as older computers were a thousand pounds and up. We are capable of playing games sending messageswith thousands of people across the world at once compared to adding a few numbers every minute. So the the technical advancements in the past couple decades have been massive in the AI, weight, and alot more of computers.
