Obama as President

Obama is using alot more cyber campaigning and is using more than signs and tv commercials. He is posting things on websites and many other things. I think this is a excellent idea alot of people use the internet to get their new now so they get that information and people who dont use internet can see it on tv.

Researches are now reporting that while in the manufacturing process of LCD tv's they use a gas that is more effective at heating the atmosphere than carbon dioxide by more than 17,000times. They gas is a bi-product of them making circuit boards.

I personally find it stupid they use something that can be so harmful to make things and they are doing it in mass production so they are creating a lot of this gas.

The internet is becoming more accessible in developing countries. Some find is unlikely but 61 percent of the world's 2.7 billion mobile phone users are from developing countries. Many of them use it to access the internet. It is also helping them raise money by creating websites and other ways. It is a more affordable for minimum wage families to buy a cell phone than a pc.

Scientists are saying that within our lifetime we may be getting rid of our current TV sets. Some people are optomistic it can happens the projections would be changing hundreds of times a second and some say it is not possible. Japan is really pushing for it spending big bucks on it try to get a prototype they hope they will have one by the year 2010. I for one hope they do it is a fasinating idea and would be amazing if it is possible.

Google revamped their iGoogle. They added customization to make it more personal for the user. This is a great idea due to making it more personal than just logging in seeing a white screen with a search bar. I think it will attract more people to use it just because i found google to be a better search engine but a little plain, but this revamp will allow alot more customization and more reflective of your personality.

Micron

Micron is a company that is one of the worlds largest producers of memory chips. They are going out of business so the price on memory chips is going down. Prices on the chips are dropping largely and and Micron announced on Oct 1 they had $344 million loss in the fourth-quarter .

This could be a good thing but what happens when the they shut down the prices will probably sky rocket due to not as many coming out.

No I have never heard of it. From what I understand it is not a good thing because they can see and hear what you are talking about. The style that they use is a hidden link that allows them to access your computer that they put on web pages.

A lot of people over 50% use it for sending love messages or flirting. I dont like to discuss messages I receive its personal I even have a block on my phone so only I can access them.

iPhone killer

G4TV reviewed this phone the other day and I completeley agreed with them. They said It was a good phone but if it is not as good as the iPhone due to it having issues with the touch motion compared to iphone (it gets buggy when it gets near the sides) and it is lacking a few great things that iPhone has.

Microsofts recent pc vs. mac commercials were recently discovered to have been created on a mac. Microsoft found it embarassing and possibly controversial so they removed the information making it unaccessible to the public.

I see how this would be very embarassing they are trying to humiliate a companies computer that they are using for things they are doing.

Robotics

I only know about robotics from a blog ive done. If they had robotics classes I would take them just because robots are cool. I would rather take it on a 7 period day because it would be more spread out instead of cramming a years worth of robotics in 1 term.

7 period school day

It will make us earn less credits every year which could make it harder for some people to graduate. It will make the classes alot more dull because you will be doing the same thing year round compared to me this year having almost all 1 semester classes. It wont because I still want the same classes they will just be more dull due to it being year long courses.

The group that hacked them went by the "GREEK SECURITY TEAM" they say they were not trying to tamper with the collider they were just mearly pointing out flaws in their security systems.

Google Docs is a online area where you can create documents that other people that have the password to access it can and edit the document. This would be a excellent tool if you were working with others in far away locations so you could be able to work on it send it to others if they see a error they can fix it. It can cut out alot of hastle that you would have to go to send someone a document back and forth.

We are capable of playing games sending messageswith thousands of people across the world at once compared to adding a few numbers every minute. So the the technical advancements in the past couple decades have been massive in the AI, weight, and alot more of computers.
